Okay so let's see if my TV memory is going strong or not:
SGA: Sunday which just aired in the US...I don't want to spoil it if people haven't seen it, but I still get misty eyed when I think about it.
ER: I know someone else mentioned it, but the episode where Mark died gets me everytime. A friend of mine died of cancer right before it aired so it was hard to watch.
Buffy: Sacrifice was hard to watch b/c Buffy died. The reactions of everyone else around her was just so touching. And then in Once More With Feeling (the musical episode) when she said by bringing her back they pulled her from heaven I just wanted to cry. She was in hell and couldn't really give up.
The West Wing: When the Presidents assistant died it got me. I don't know why since she wasn't a huge character...
Those are the top ones I can think of right now. I'm sure there are others though.
