To answer your question, I have many many many caps, and then just look through the folder until I find a picture that I think will look good. A lot of the ones from that batch were from the episode promo shots --- they're quite easy to work with because they're good resolution and quality.
The season 3 dvds are released here in Australia tomorrow - I can't wait to get mine!! :)
