Sending bottled water might be a little impractical, but maybe we could send postcards of bottled water!?!? He was probably referring to other fan campaigns, like the Save Carson Beckett campaign that had turtles as the theme (I don't know if the Save Elizabeth campaign had anything fun), or the Save Jericho one where fans sent in nuts.
