kaaatieThe first time I watched Hard Core Logo, I was doing other things at the same time. I watched it again, and this time, I REALLY watched. I just have to say, I love that movie so much!
The end still got me. I still yelled "Fuck!" at the TV, even though I knew exactly what was coming. Oh Joe!
At some point, I'm going to have to get down all of my thoughts about exactly what people were thinking and planning at different points in the movie.
For now though, I just have a quick question:
Is there an implication that Mary's kid is Billy Tallent's daughter? I presume that she's at least named after him? And Billy's question to Joe in the diner afterwards kinda implied (to me at least) that Billy was wondering about who fathered the kid. I know that Mary introduced the guy with her as her husband... so maybe the kid is his... but he did seem very uncomfortable, and she did seem very comfortable with Billy...
I believe that I have lost all understanding of when I'm over-analysing that movie, and when I'm just seeing things that were meant to be seen.
PS Can anyone please link me to a script of the movie?
