Now I'm off to watch the new episode of Atlantis (finally!)

It was an SG-1 episode. Redemption, I think, the beginning of season 6. :)

Yep! You're right - I found it! It was Redemption Part 2 - the scene with Carter in the infirmary. Thanks heaps for your help.

And yep, I'll be fine - I think I need some lemon tea to sooth my throat. :)
