Yep!

To install brushes, you need to place the .abr files in the following directory "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Brushes". When you restart photoshop, they'll be there! (when the brushes window is open, you should see 'Brushes' on the top right of the screen. When you press the little arrow to the right of 'Brushes' the list should come up.)

If the brushes came in image form, or if you want to make your own, you need to go into photoshop, open the image that you want to make into a brush, and then go to 'edit', 'define brush preset'. You then choose a name for it, and it'll be placed in the open brushset. You then just delete the other brushes in that brushset, and then save it with a different name (the save option is available when you press that little arrow next to the brush window).
