I am torn! Based simply on looks, Sylar, definitely.

But, based on the fact that, not being a serial killer myself, Dexter would pose no threat to me...or. Well. I suppose Sylar wouldn't have a reason to kill me either. Regardless, I'd feel less threaten by Dexter.

So, Sylar = sexier, but Dexter = more likely to get me on a date?
