50 "Home" icons for stargate_abcs (Finished)

Its a truth universally acknowledged, that an icon-maker can only resist the urge of the 50/100 icon challenges for so long. I decided to stop trying to fight it, and I joined stargate_abcs and claimed the episode "Home". I've finally finished making the 50 icons!!

Sorted. /grins/ Thanks! I was just missing something the "" *smirks* I do have another question I've had a look at the flexible squares comms and copied the random quotes into word /grins/ but where about on the theme layout should I put it? cause it didn't say where to put it...*coughs*

And looking at your icon Goodness /grins/ making me think of adding that...although, I think the only men would be DH and Johnny Depp.

I hate that about writing code --- you can miss out the tiniest little thing, and it completely stuffs up! Thats great that you managed to work it out!

I have just pasted my code into a word document, and I've added a couple of little comments that describes what each bit is doing! (the red font is my comments (so delete that before you paste the code in), and the blue font is the bits that you need to change to add your own text or pictures) (my knowledge of HMTL code is very limited, so I'm not even certain about all of it!!) - Hopefully it'll help you out though!

So the sidebar code can be placed before the function print_stylesheet?

The icon Goodness, because I'd like it sectioned (sp?) like Teh Goddesses /grins/ corny, I'll grant you, but for now it's all I can think of...

and then I'd like another one for teh couples and one for the men-two men...so far *g* do I just copy and paste $extra1_title = """

Ummm... yes, I think that as long as you start with the ‘layer info’ bit at the top, the rest can be in any order...

I like “Teh Goddesses”! *grins*

In my code, the first extra text box (icon goodness) starts “$extra1_title”, and the code for the second text box (quotes) starts “$extra2_title”, so you can add more by just copying that section of the code (from “$extra2_title” until """";) and then changing it to $extra3_title and $extra3_content (the number is 3 for the third, and 4 if you have four of them!)

I believe that you’ll then have to add another line to this bit:
print_userpic();
print_sidebar_blurb();
print_sidebar_linklist();
print_sidebar_box($extra1_title, $extra1_content);
print_sidebar_box($extra2_title, $extra2_content);
print_sidebar_calendar();

saying “print_sidebar_box($extra3_title, $extra3_content);”.

Hopefully that’ll work!!

For the random quote bit, just put whatever text you want where I have written that quote – you can write as many lines as you want there, and make sure the section of text finishes with the """"; bit.

As I said, my knowledge of HTML code is limited, but fingers crossed that I’ve explained it properly!! Let me know if that doesn't make sense, and I'll try to be clearer!! :)

Well, you know it's just your every day open heart surgery. *g* Although, this'll be my second time and honestly I was hoping that the first time I had this op was my first and last. But, it certainly will be interesting if 2003 was anything to go by-so doped up thanks to the drugs saying and doing things that made no sense whatsoever.
