Heehee! I try to avoid that place, because I'm all about the happy side of fandom, but there really are some wankers around. I think that the world would be a better place if everyone just thought about what Mckay would say before they did something. That's one of the reasons why I love him --- he's so damn honest. Some people really need to be told that what they're talking about is complete bollocks, and that they really need to get over themselves. I'm not talking about anything specific here --- it's just one of those things, that if you hang around in fandom for long enough your bound to come across some fandom wank. Fandom would be such a great place without all of the wank.

the thing is, fandomwank itself is full of wankers that are addicted to wanking and use it as a way to self-aggrandize and to gain social standing. some of them are doing honest work in slapping the asshats of the internet, but i don't think it's really about that any more. it's not mocking for any constructive purpose, just plain meaness in many cases.
