Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all had a great day. Mine was very nice.

I just realised that I never wrote the 8th (and final) day of the things that make me happy meme. I guess it's better late than never!

Day 8 of the "things that make me happy" meme:
+ I still have another week off work!
+ I had a lovely Christmas, and got some great presents.
+ I went shopping today, and got some bargains!
+ I'm currently watching (and loving) The Mentalist (Does anyone else watch it?)
+ Simon Denny Baker is just as pretty now as he was back in the E Street days (though there is something weird going on with his hair).
+ I received a card and lovely magnet from paraka today. Thanks so much hon!
+ I received my signed copy of Gareth David-Lloyd's CD today!
+ I finally almost caught up with Supernatural. Dean is looking particularly hot this season!

Glad you figured out your 8th day of happy but don't forget to be happy the rest of the year.

I enjoy the Mentalist. Simon Baker makes it good. I wish the writers would use his character better but it makes you want to come back to see what he is up to next. Yep - the hair is rather "different".

Yeah, I think Simon Baker basically makes that show. Most of the storylines are pretty good, and the other characters are okay, but I think it's really his character that keeps me watching.

I'm loving The Mentalist. I sort of cringed seeing the previews because it's Psych...and I LOVE Psych. But it really has a different spin. And Simon Baker isn't bad to look at. ;)

Yeah, me too. I didn't watch it because it looked like it'd just be another version of Psych... but it is quite different, and great in its own way. :)
