Hatha Yoga: Invites students to use the breath as a guide to explore an appropriate approach to practice along the movement continuum. A core warm-up leads students to a more rigorous standing sequence followed by basic backbends, seated twists, forward folds and an introduction to inversions. With a focus on the fundamentals, guidance is given to allow students to take steps toward more challenging postures, while offering ways to modify throughout.
