*cough* I would like to enquire about the HD... may I ask where you purchase it and what its description/specs are? I saw the WD at Officeworks for $177 - $178 and they were 5600 rpm ones. My boss (who's a bit of geek like me) said that the 7200 rpm ones are faster and I checked that my current two external harddrives are 7200pm ones...

I bought that WD one from officeworks. It is a bit slower than my other one, but I just plan to fill it with episodes and movies, and then leave those on it. I have a smaller faster one (about 300gb) that I'll use for regular backup.

I'm very happy with it so far - it's plug and play and it's a great size and it's pretty! Plus, it was less than $180, so I figure I can justify buying a better one when they reduce in price.
