I love the rotating header thing! I have a rotating default icon too (the one in the corner changes everytime you refresh the page). My layout is flexible squares, and I used the tutorial from s2flexisquareshere (http://community.livejournal.com/s2flexisquares/186834.html?thread=1829074#t1829074).
