New picture of Joe Flanigan

Thanks to wraithfodder for pointing this out - Joe Mallozzi has posted a picture of The Flan on his blog.

I also have a question regarding 10chevrons. For those of you who aren't familiar with it, it's a Stargate icon community where you take one picture and make 10 icons that follow provided guidelines. For example, in one icon you have to desaturate the image, in another you have to mirror the image, in another the image has to be the original size, and so on. The rules are here on the community's profile page. 10variations (which is the community that I stole the idea from) now have a second set of rules (see them here). So, now we get to my question! I would like to provide an alternate set of rules for 10chevrons, and I'm wondering if you guys have any great ideas? I thought that one could require readable text, another could need to be animated, and maybe have a 'hush' icon (no text) for one of them. I'm not sure what else... So suggestions are very welcome! Thanks in advance!

Nice to see a new pic- even if he does look suitable unimpressed. Could be sun glare though.

Love the idea of the icon community. If only I had the slightest skill at making them. Plain I can do, anything else is beyind my rudametary skills I'm afraid.
(I'll just keep settling for taking them from people with actual talent)

Yeah, he does seem to be squinting into the sun a little, but he's still a pretty pretty man! :)

It is a fun icon community, but it's been a bit quiet lately. I'm hoping that the idea of a new set of rules will get more people interested, but first I'll have to think of some good rules! :)

Finally!!! I've been waiting for Mallozzi to do this because he's always posting pics of Nykl or Hewlett.... not that I'm a perve or anything.

I'm also remarkably happy to see him in black and you can bet your bottom dollar that it'll be on my blog when I get the chance!

I haven't been reading Joseph Mallozzi's blog myself, but I usually get run-downs on the interesting stuff from my friendslist! He's posted a few good pictures of cast members, and from the little that I have read of it, he seems quite funny.

OK, first, nice pic (but I am finding it hard to believe a straight man sits LIKE THAT LOL) He definitely was "in character" when that pic was taken! :D

And I like the idea of an alternate set of rules for 10chevrons...I'll try to think of suggestions :)
