New picture of Joe Flanigan

I also have a question regarding10chevrons. For those of you who aren't familiar with it, it's a Stargate icon community where you take one picture and make 10 icons that follow provided guidelines. For example, in one icon you have to desaturate the image, in another you have to mirror the image, in another the image has to be the original size, and so on. 10variations (which is the community that I stole the idea from) now have a second set of rules (see them here). So, now we get to my question! I would like to provide an alternate set of rules for 10chevrons, and I'm wondering if you guys have any great ideas? I thought that one could require readable text, another could need to be animated, and maybe have a 'hush' icon (no text) for one of them. I'm not sure what else... So suggestions are very welcome! Thanks in advance!
