I watched Last Night last night, and I really enjoyed it. When you're obsessed enough to watch everything that your favourite actors have been in, you regularly come across some great movies. For example, if not for my "thing" for CKR, I'd never have experienced Wilby Wonderful, Hard Core Logo or Last Night. Does anyone recommend any other Callum movies?

Last Night is a movie about what a bunch of people do on their last night on Earth, when they've known for months that the world is going to end.

It reminded me a little of 200 Cigarettes, which is about what a bunch of people do on a New Years Eve. In the same way as Last Night, there are multiple story lines that connect in various ways throughout the movie. I usually really like movies and TV shows that do that.

So anyway, it was a very good movie. Sandra Oh was brilliant, Don McKeller did a great job, and Callum Keith Rennie got nekkid!

Callum's character was pretty hilarious; he spent his last couple of months compiling a comprehensive list of all of his sexual fantasies, and he spent his last months on Earth attempting to make his way through the list!

In other news, I've hurt my foot, and I'm currently limping everywhere. And I have to go back to work tomorrow. :( These holidays have gone far far too quickly. On the plus side, I only have 15 work days till I have another week off!

I've found a lot of interesting movies by following the careers of various actors. I've found I have a fondness for Canadian indie films that way.

Yeah, there are lots of great indie Canadian films that I would never have discovered. There are some great ones that I've seen by following David Hewlett's career too.

There's a movie coming up sometime soon called "Smile of April" that will have a lot of Stargate folks in it.

I know Torri Higgenson, Peter DeLuise and Anne-Marie Loder (PDL's wife, who was in a couple of SG-1 eps) will be in it. I want to see it just to see them in something else and a good plot will be an extra.

Also want to see some of the stuff Hewlett's got cooking in his head. Just some of the tidbits mentioned have me going o.0

Have you been watching the series Flashpoint? No CKR, but Hugh Dillon just pwns his scenes.
